Here at SNOWMAN New York, the safety and wellbeing of you, our friends, families and customers, is our top priority. We are doing our utmost due diligence to understand how this pandemic affects our employees, customers and production facility. We are closely monitoring the guidance of the World Health Organization and the Centers for Disease Control regarding the spread of the virus.  We are committed to an uncompromising attention to hygiene and have further increased our already stringent health and safety codes, increasing our precautionary measures in order to provide our staff with the safest work environment and you with the most sanitary products possible.

  • Our manufacturing partner, in Vietnam, is currently operating at 100% again. And is fully implementing rigorous health and safety controls within their facilities for the wellbeing of their employees.
  • We are closely monitoring any potential effect the virus spread may have on production, from supplier through end delivery, and will keep you informed should any issues arise.
  • In addition, we are taking steps to ensure the welfare of our own employees. This includes instructing employees who feel ill to stay home and consult their healthcare providers.
  • We have a strict travel policy in place for our employees, and we have cancelled meetings and trade show attendance, again to do what we can to help prevent the spread of this virus.
